After almost a decade as CEO of Glander International Bunkering, Carsten Ladekjær will step down from his role to join the newly launched Bunker Holding Academy.
Ladekjær has spent more than 30 years with the Bunker Holding Group and has played an important role in Glander International Bunkering’s development into the global business it is today. During his time as CEO, the company expanded its international presence, strengthened its capabilities and service offerings, and continued to build long-standing relationships with customers around the world.
Ladekjær’s experience will remain within the Group as he takes on his new role with Bunker Holding Academy, where he will contribute to developing the next generation of commercial talent and leaders across Bunker Holding.
Michael Cammarata will take over as Head of Brand for Glander International Bunkering.
Cammarata brings close to 40 years of experience in the bunkering industry and a long-standing connection to Glander. Earlier this year, he became Managing Director of Glander’s Florida office, with a focus on strengthening customer relationships, driving growth and building on the traditions that have shaped the company over the years.
His extensive industry experience, customer focus and understanding of Glander’s heritage will support the continued development of the brand going forward.
The appointments form part of the wider changes to Bunker Holding’s commercial leadership organisation announced today.
