What advice do our female employees give to young women?
Be true to yourself.
Don’t suffer in silence. Breaking the stigma, speaking and seeking help is never a sign of weakness.
Surround yourself with people who inspire you and encourage you to be the best version of yourself and do not ever let anyone discourage you from your dreams & goals.
Be a strong independent woman! Be wise and prepare for a better future.
Don’t settle for less.
Get a degree so you will have a brighter future and be independent.
Do not let fear get in the way of your success.
Women should have a brave heart and not depend on a man.
Question everything and form your own opinion.
Have courage, you are brilliant.
Appreciate all the positives and find things to enjoy in every moment.
